To be eligible for a return items should be in their original condition and packaging. This means unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. As a result Perfect Tees will provide a full refund minus any shipping charges - within 30 days of the order date.

When granted a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Please be aware that Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for returns.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 25% off or more
  • Custom or Personalized items
  • Clearance

Please Note: 
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

-Refunds will be made through the original method of payment. This means it will go back onto the credit card or into the PayPal account in which the order was placed. Please be advised we cannot send cash refunds.

-Customer pays shipping on returns. The US Postal Service is recommended, however, any major carrier works. 
-We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We understand buying online can be tricky! Therefore when ordering from us we will be happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase . Items must be unwashed and unworn. Please note customer will be responsible for return and new shipping costs for the exchange.

Please include the following information on a note or directly on the packing slip:

  1. The order number, or the name and email address of the purchaser.
  2. The item(s) and size(s) you want in exchange. If you're exchanging for a t-shirt, please specify the gender.
  3. Note: Items are considered a direct exchange (shirt for shirt), regardless of how much you paid or the current list price. However, additional charges may apply if you are exchanging for a different product.
  1. The address you would like your new items to be  shipped to.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet we ask you check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund posts. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done the following then please contact us. 

Damage | Defective

If you receive a damaged/defective item please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. We will then email instructions on how to proceed.

LOST PACKAGES
PERFECT TEES is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit and will not offer a refund.
